Top floor has air conditioner unit. Controlled heating throughout house. Electric fireplace, 4 TVS, washer and dryer, bay window breakfast nook for 2, free Wifi, Apple TV and Sky TV are also included. I am available for contact before, throughout and after your stay. Charming neighbourhood, centrally located with tour buses a few seconds walk away. Award winning White Hart gastro pub and Garden shop located on 2 minutes from townhouse. Live like a local and visit Widcombe's Highstreet's independent bakery, cafes and boutiques. All within a few minutes walk! Convenient supermarket opened every day, a stunning canal offering amazing views of the city, a fabulous local distillery where you can tour and taste the beautiful botanical gins are all nearby. Coming for the Rugby? We are just around the corner from both rugby and cricket grounds. If that isn’t enough, within a 5-minute walk you will be in the heart of Bath's City Centre. Enjoy Bath's desirable Southgate Shopping Centre including H&M, Top Shop, Urban Outfitters, Boots, Apple, recently added new restaurants, coffee shops, cinema and much much more! Bus stop a few steps from townhouse. Bristol is a 15 min train ride and London a 1.5 hours train ride away. Parking space: Upon request and for £10 we can designate you a street permit parking space. This is first come, first serve (highly like you will find a space in front of the townhouse) and will allow you to park your entire stay. Street Parking: First come, first served parking areas are within 10/15 minute walk away. This will be parking at your own risk. You can also park for free on single yellow lines after 7 pm and in parking bays all day Sundays and on Bank Holidays. Car parks: There are several car parks in Bath which offer day rates of between £12-15 per day. Southgate parking is near the train station so minutes from the house. Options readily available online. Parking is available for additional cost, £10 per day. All charges for parking will be charged after check out. Townhouse is perfect for 6 guests but can accommodate up to 8 guests.
