Can we check-in early/late
Answer

We try to accommodate as much as possible, however during busy times this can be difficult to accomplish. If an apartment is ready early we will always let you know. Late check-outs are also dependent on whether there are guests checking in after your stay. We will advise of an early check-in on the day of your arrival and a late check-out if no guests are arriving after you.

Parking - where is there parking?
Answer

Usually we send you information on parking specific to where you are staying.
PARKING: Avon Street, Manvers Street, and Charlotte Street offer long stay. (£17.10 per day using MiPermit app or cash) Additional PARKING: The city is compact and easy to explore on foot (we recommend this where possible). Can we drop our bags off early?
Answer

We often get asked to drop off bags early, but please be aware that this is not a serviced apartment and there are no staff or keys at the property until it has been cleaned. There is a luggage store directly opposite the train station if needed and you can book in advance on the link below: http://www.bathluggagestorage.com

What is self check-in?
Answer 

The keys will be in a key safe and you will be sent the full access details a few days before your stay. You will be provided with the full address of the property and the code to access the key safe. You can then let yourself into the property.

What if we need to contact you about something?
Answer

We like to give guests space to enjoy their stay, but if we are needed we are on hand locally.
